You can use the resource guides without an account. Start with a short memory, prepare a few photos, or use the story prompts to begin a family conversation.
Orders and personalization
For an order question, include your order number and the product name when contacting the team. Do not send passwords or payment-card details. Product availability and delivery must be confirmed with the store.
Privacy and corrections
Contact the team if a story, image or public profile needs review. Include the page address and describe the correction or removal request. Read the privacy policy and community standards for existing published terms.
